Candidates must be motivated, meticulous, and driven to consistently deliver on our values to our customers.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7e30ede3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7e30ede3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lead by example to ensure that all procedures and best practices are consistently followed;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Drive an efficient and motivated workforce by providing effective coaching, feedback, and encouragement;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Collaborate with internal departments and transportation goods suppliers to facilitate the efficient and timely operation of warehouse activities;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain precise inventory management by conducting routine physical counts alongside warehouse teams and addressing any discrepancies with the inventory system;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure a culture of safety by enforcing company and OSHA health and safety standards and adhering to standard operational procedures, as well as regulations regarding the transportation and storage of materials;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Adjust technical resources to current needs to ensure the optimization of warehouse processes;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Measure and report KPIs and operational metrics to the Operations Manager on a weekly basis that identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions in warehouse processes;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oversee proper circulation of documents related to warehouse operations, including goods receipts, issues and returns.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepare regular reports on budget, warehouse activities, and forecast future operational needs;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Team player willing to help wherever necessary to complete our business objectives<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perform other duties as necessary.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul><div><br><\/div>\n<p><b>Qualifications &amp;
