seeking a Shift Lead to smoothly and efficiently manage day-to-day operations of a warehouse during a shift utilizing strong problem-solving skills, time management, attention to detail and inspiration.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-24f5ae5e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"24f5ae5e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oversee the safety of your team by ensuring that all team members are following company and OSHA safety procedures and Standard Operating Protocol;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Engage with team members to ensure they are meeting production targets while comprehending and understanding priorities;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delegate tasks required to achieve operational goals;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Complete end-of-shift checks to oversee that your team leaves their workstations in top condition for the next shift;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Maintain inventory control (continuous and annual inventory);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Train team to assemble finished orders and load shipments based on established standards operating procedure<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Help your team resolve scheduling issues and giving members access to clock in and out;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ensure that the teams have what they need to succeed, including needed materials and accurate printing parameters;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Step in where you&#8217;re needed with tasks to fill production gaps and keep your team on track;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Work with Production and Customer Service;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perform other duties as assigned.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul><div><br><\/div>\n<p><b>Qualifications technical maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Technical post-secondary studies diploma
