Print Worker
Full-time position | $20/hour | Location: Dallas, USA
Shift A: 10 Hours Days (Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed)
Shift B: 10 Hour Day (Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat)
We are currently seeking Print Workers and Shift Leaders to deliver high quality / low defect print requests that meet and exceed the demands of our customers. Candidates must be motivated, meticulous, and driven to consistently deliver on our values to our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate,and calibrate printing machines with customer-supplied artwork in an efficient high production environment;
- Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department manager;
- Prioritize order completion based on the due date and execute printer tasks including reviewing work orders and machine setup;
- Understand work orders and job aids to guarantee the precise fulfillment of job duties.
- Inspect print quality and graphic placement to ensure high quality, accurate prints;
- Manage computer files and project statuses as necessary in the order management software;
- Stay current with printer shipping procedures;
- Maintain a clean work environment;
- Execute orders in accordance with the production plan and technological documentation;
- Check print quality;
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills;
- Work in accordance with company standards and OSHA safety procedures and Standard Operating Protocol;
- Ensure effective operation of the operated machine;
- Perform maintenance of computer;
- Supervise periodic maintenance of the machine;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment;
- All other Duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

- Understand technical printing
- Basic computer systems
- Support and comply with company and OSHA safety guidelines and regulations
- Must have demonstrated knowledge of product flow, technical and mechanical aptitude, and leadership skills
- Ability to use the tools of the maintenance trade;
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to apply common sense to understand written and oral communications
- Creative and conscientious
- Excel in manual skills
- Ready to work in shifts.
- Team player willing to help wherever necessary to complete our business objectives
- Be punctual, reliable, and adapt under pressure
- Must be able to lift 50lbs, stand, and walk for extended periods of time
- Detail Oriented and highly organized
- Collaborate with co-workers to achieve common goals
- Must be a self-starter
- History of attendance, reliability, and superior performance.
- Successful drug screen
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years of relevant work experience in production/printing machines
