Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the safety of your team by ensuring that all team members are following company and OSHA safety procedures and Standard Operating Protocol;
• Engage with team members to ensure they are meeting production targets while comprehending and understanding priorities;
• Delegate tasks required to achieve operational goals;
• Complete end-of-shift checks to oversee that your team leaves their workstations in top condition for the next shift;
• Maintain inventory control (continuous and annual inventory);
• Train team to assemble finished orders and load shipments based on established standards operating procedure
• Help your team resolve scheduling issues and giving members access to clock in and out;
• Ensure that the teams have what they need to succeed, including needed materials and accurate printing parameters;
• Step in where you’re needed with tasks to fill production gaps and keep your team on track;
• Work with Production and Customer Service;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1+ years of technical maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
• Technical post-secondary studies diploma or Bachelor’s degree a plus, but not required
