Shift Lead
Full-time position | $22/hour | Location: Dallas, USA
Shift A: 10 Hours Days (Sun, Mon, Tues, Wed)
Shift B: 10 Hour Day (Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat)
We are currently seeking a Shift Lead to smoothly and efficiently manage day-to-day operations of a warehouse during a shift utilizing strong problem-solving skills, time management, attention to detail and inspiration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the safety of your team by ensuring that all team members are following company and OSHA safety procedures and Standard Operating Protocol;
- Engage with team members to ensure they are meeting production targets while comprehending and understanding priorities;
- Delegate tasks required to achieve operational goals;
- Complete end-of-shift checks to oversee that your team leaves their workstations in top condition for the next shift;
- Maintain inventory control (continuous and annual inventory);
- Train team to assemble finished orders and load shipments based on established standards operating procedure
- Help your team resolve scheduling issues and giving members access to clock in and out;
- Ensure that the teams have what they need to succeed, including needed materials and accurate printing parameters;
- Step in where you’re needed with tasks to fill production gaps and keep your team on track;
- Work with Production and Customer Service;
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years of technical maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
- Technical post-secondary studies diploma or Bachelor’s degree a plus, but not required
