Cotton All-Over Print Manufacturing in Europe

Compare real cotton AOP product specifications, see how roll-to-roll printing and cut-and-sew connect in Łódź, and build a sample brief around the exact SKU.

All-over print gives a brand room to design across the garment, not only within a small decoration area. For a cotton or cotton-rich collection, the first decision is the physical product: its fabric, weight, fit and construction. The print process and artwork must then be matched to that item. Print Logistic’s production facility in Łódź, Poland, brings textile printing, cut-and-sew manufacturing, quality checks, packing and fulfillment into one operation.

Start with a defined garment and fabric. Confirm the available SKU, construction, artwork template and sample before setting a launch date or quoting a delivery promise.

Which cotton AOP products are actually listed?

The Print Logistic catalog gives a more useful starting point than a generic “cotton AOP” label. These are published product specifications, not a promise that every size is in stock for every project.

1

Men’s crew-neck T-shirt

100% cotton, 240 GSM, sizes S–4XL. This is a different fabric weight and fit from the women’s and children’s T-shirts in the catalog.

2

Women’s cotton T-shirt

100% cotton, 180 GSM, sizes S–2XL. Confirm the exact measurements and artwork template before using a men’s sample to approve this cut.

3

Unisex cotton-rich hoodie

The listed hoodie uses 90% cotton / 10% polyester looped knit, 280 GSM, sizes S–5XL. “Cotton AOP” does not mean every item is 100% cotton.

4

Do not swap in polyester

The catalog also lists a 100% polyester AOP hoodie at 320 GSM. Similar design coverage does not make it the same fabric, print route or customer experience.

Choose the exact catalog SKU first. Then request its size chart, current material specification, panel template, available finish and sample route. A bespoke garment needs a separate technical brief and confirmation.

How Łódź takes artwork into a finished garment

The Łódź facility page lists Kornit Presto MAX roll-to-roll textile printing, cut-and-sew construction, quality control, packing and fulfillment. It describes a 6,200 m² site supporting individual POD orders and wholesale runs. The published facility workflow explains why an AOP cut-and-sew item needs more than a flat image file; the exact production path still has to be confirmed for the chosen SKU.

Step 01Lock the SKU and fabric
Step 02Map every panel
Step 03Approve the sample
Step 04Validate order flow

1. Lock the physical specification

Record material composition, GSM, cut, size range and intended use. The 240 GSM men’s T-shirt and 280 GSM cotton-rich hoodie should not share one fit or hand-feel approval. Ask the team which approved artwork template belongs to each item and size.

2. Review artwork on the sewn shape

Mark important elements that approach seams, hems, sleeves or pocket edges. Check scale and continuity on the finished sample, not only on the print file. Request the production team’s file and safe-area requirements for the selected product instead of assuming a universal resolution or bleed value.

3. Approve a physical reference

Review fabric feel, colour against the agreed physical reference, placement, seam alignment, construction, fit and care information. Photograph the approved sample and record the artwork version. Our sample-approval checklist turns that into a reusable decision record.

4. Check order-to-production data

If a store is connected through Order Desk, Print Logistic describes SKU/artwork mapping, order-data validation and selective routing. Test a real example order for the chosen sizes and destinations before launch; an accurate sample cannot repair an incorrect SKU or artwork mapping.

What do the published lead-time figures mean?

The catalog currently shows “fulfillment 5–7 days” for the cotton AOP T-shirts and hoodie above. The Łódź facility page separately shows an AOP production lead time of 7–10 days. These labels may cover different stages; neither should be copied into a customer delivery promise without an SKU-specific confirmation. Ask where the clock starts, whether sampling is complete, the expected production handover date and the carrier transit for each destination.

Send a production brief that can be priced and sampled

Include the catalog link or SKU; target sizes and quantities; material and GSM; front, back and sleeve artwork; the approved file version; packaging and labels; countries of delivery; expected order pattern; and whether you need single-order POD, bulk production or both. State any target launch date separately from the required customer delivery promise.

For a UK-bound range, the production location and cross-border journey also belong in the calculation. Use our UK vs EU production comparison to ask the right routing questions. The facility overview and catalog provide the public specification; the team confirms current availability and quotation for the actual project.

Frequently asked questions

Is every “cotton AOP” item 100% cotton?

No. The catalog’s men’s and women’s AOP T-shirts are listed as 100% cotton, while the unisex cotton AOP hoodie is 90% cotton / 10% polyester. Check the material field of the exact product rather than extrapolating from the category name.

Is cotton AOP the same as polyester sublimation?

No. Both can cover most of a garment, but the listed cotton and polyester products have different compositions and weights. Confirm the print method for the SKU before making claims about hand feel, use or care.

Can one mockup approve all sizes?

No. Panel dimensions and garment proportions change across sizes. Use the product’s actual template and agree which physical sizes need sampling before launch.

Do the published time figures guarantee dispatch?

No. The catalog and facility page use different time labels. Confirm the current SKU-specific production and fulfillment estimate, plus carrier transit, before showing a customer-facing date.

Public specifications checked 12 October 2026 against Print Logistic’s product catalog, unisex cotton hoodie page and Łódź facility page. Product availability and commercial terms require project confirmation.
